Intex Launches Aqua GenX At Rs 13,299

Indian smartphone company Intex has launched yet another smartphone in its popular Aqua series of handsets.

Dubbed as the Aqua GenX, the smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 13,299 and flaunts a 5.5 inch full HD display that comes protected by a Dragon Trail glass.

The smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa core processor coupled with a 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM which we feel to be not so impressive for the price tag it carries.

However, it comes with a 16 GB of internal storage which can further be expanded up to 128 GB using a microSD card.

Coming to the camera section, the device features a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash coupled with Phase Detection Autofocus while the front camera comes with a 5 MP sensor.

Along with this, the Aqua GenX features a 2,850 mAh battery and connectivity options like 4G LTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS while it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Having said this, it looks like the Intex Aqua GenX easily competes with the likes of the Xiaomi Mi 4i and Micromax Canvas 5.
